La caída en la demanda y el alza en las expensas empujaron a las inmobiliarias a bajar, en términos reales, el monto de los alquileres.
Julio Farah, presidente del Colegio de Corredores Inmobiliarios, indicó que «la baja en términos reales de los alquileres es por la suba de las expensas, que tienen un público cautivo que no está sometido a la ley de la oferta y la demanda como un alquiler».
«Si tengo una casa, un departamento o local que quiero alquilar lo tengo que poner a un precio aceptable para un potencial inquilino. Pero si las expensas suben naturalmente hay que reducir el alquiler para que sea racional para el inquilino», dijo Farah a Zysman 830 de La Ocho.
